Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the European Union (EU). Shipping costs for orders outside the EU will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
For international shipments (outside the EU), you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Musicmakers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
Shipments are insured. If your order arrives damage, please let us know right away. Please save and photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods to help process your damage claim.
